The Falconry

DOCUMENTARY VIDEO PRODUCTION

The Falconry is a documentary video that aims at discovering more about the falconry, both as a sport and as a hobby. The location scouting was quite successful, as I was granted permission to go and shoot the scenes at the ​Dalhousie Falconry, in the countryside of the Borders and Lothians of Scotland. After visiting the venue to plan for the storyboard and the scenes, the shooting took place over a maximum of half a day - which was enough to gather some extra frames for the b-reel intercut footage. The use of a Canon 5D allowed me to shoot the scenes into details, although some colour adjuments had to be arranged in post-production.
